A leading provider of an AI-powered test preparation tool for high school students is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves outreach to tutors and tutoring companies to introduce them to their learning and innovative educational software.   As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to create a strong pipeline of potential customers.  A significant focus will be on leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach and relationship building.  This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.  
\n What You'll DoIntroduce and promote the learning software by conducting proactive outreach to tutors and tutoring companies via LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other channels. Set and manage appointments for product demonstrations and discussions. Research and identify potential leads and target prospects within a defined market or industry. Source new opportunities daily, surpassing your quota through proactive outreach and engagement. Convert warm leads into valuable applications, closing deals and driving business expansion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective outreach strategies. Track and report on outreach efforts, appointment setting, and follow-up activities. Provide feedback to the product team based on interactions with potential clients. Meet and exceed outreach and appointment-setting targets. Prepare applications and negotiate funding terms, showcasing your talent for closing deals smoothly. Understand business owners' needs, identify revenue opportunities, and expand their understanding of the company's product offerings. Utilize proven sales concepts to structure deals and strategies that lead to successful closures. Craft compelling messages and scripts to engage prospects and pique their interest. Schedule meetings for qualified leadsEnsure that all appointments meet the established criteria for a sales-qualified lead.  What You NeedProven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing. Comfortable with cold calling and contacting potential clients via email and social media. Understanding SMBs, you have a knack for understanding the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and translating them into actionable opportunities. Your negotiation skills set you apart, and you're adept at closing deals composedly. Strong communication skills, reflecting your commitment to professionalism and clear communication. Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sales and outreach. Bilingual, proficient in English. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.  Salary & PerksCompetitive salary.  This is a full-time,  long-term position.   The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.  Work from home.  Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.  Additional perks.
