.**ABOUT THIS ROLE**The **Lead Generation Specialist** is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive suite of multitouch campaigns and programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics.You will orchestrate integrated campaigns that support Intersog's lead generation efforts to fuel our business development pipeline, helping to achieve our client acquisition objectives. As a true digital marketing lead gen expert, you will design, coordinate, execute, monitor, and improve our marketing lead generation approach, including prioritization based on targeted industry personas in order to drive revenue.**WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)**- Own the end-to-end campaign design and delivery process for the planning and execution of fully integrated campaigns, aligned to the key company portfolio.- Develop campaign plans to support account-based and targeted account marketing, using a wide variety of content and delivery mechanisms.- Work directly with the Business Development Manager to generate a pipeline and grow business from these campaigns.- Establish goals and critical metrics for campaigns based on historical or projected results.- Accurately manage and report the assigned marketing budget for the lead generation campaigns and programs.- Work with the Head of Marketing and Business Development Manager to seek new business opportunities by conducting research and developing new targets that drive pipeline generation.- Plan optimization and growth opportunities through A/B and multivariate tests to improve the performance of the campaigns.- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and needs to identify potential markets.- Report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-throughs, and lead conversion, and derive insights and learnings. Measure the effectiveness of the lead generation campaigns, programs, and strategies.- Own the lead process and alignment with sales to create it, including definitions for MQL and SQL, by making sure all stakeholders in the marketing and business development teams are aware of upcoming campaigns and initiatives planned.- Demonstrated ability to leverage web technologies to drive demand is essential.**WHO YOU ARE (EXPERTISE)**- B2B marketing experience within the technology sector is a must. Bonus points for marketing experience in a staff augmentation company or software development agency.- Strong lead and demand generation expertise with knowledge in various tactics including ABM.- Understanding how to leverage buyer personas and segmentation to improve campaign experiences and performance.- Strong background in campaign analytics and ability to show impact on revenue growth.- Adaptability and strong administrative and management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives.- Analytical ability to translate quantitative data into insights and actionable recommendations.- Critical thinking and problem-solving
