.Job RequirementsOracle HCM Developer with a functional background in Human Capital Management. You will be responsible for providing support of configurations, interfaces, and processes of Oracle HCM Cloud. You will excel in problem solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical issues. The focus of this position is to provide technical service and functional knowledge to ultimately drive customer success.This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States, London (UK), Crawley (UK), Monterrey (Mexico) with the ability to travel when safe.**Responsibilities**:Familiar or Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Talent Management such as Performance, Goals, Career and SuccessionPrior Experience writing Interfaces and Data Conversions in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion ApplicationsStrong database skills and proficiency with SQLExperience with HCM Cloud fast formulas and Descriptive FlexfieldsExperience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systemsExperience in developing build data models and write custom reports in BI PublisherPrior working experience in providing Technical Customer Support (HCM experience preferred)Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security ConsoleExcellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniquesWork Experience**Qualifications**:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities4+ years of Oracle HCM experienced is required.4+ years of experience as a developer is required.Ideally has experience participating in a full-life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud as a Solution developer for Core HR, ORC, Benefits and Talent Management.Certifications in any modules within Oracle HCM CloudExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work remotely and independentlyNatural and supportive team leaderExperience working within insurance, banking, or other financial services is a plus.Experience working on a mix of classic and agile delivery methodologies.Experience in cloud solution design and implementation of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS and hybrid models.
