**You Are**:
UST is looking for an Accounting and Compliance Specialist.
**The Opportunity**:

- Submitting new PRs into Coupa.
- Managing PRs through approval workflow
- Facilitating completion of IRQ
- Identifying impediments throughout the workflow and escalating resolution to ADLs.
- Liaison with the vendor to support onboarding activities Invoicing
- Validate Planview approved hours against invoiced hours, resolve discrepancies
- Validate billing code in invoice against PO, iFWS and PV forecast
- Validate bill rate against PO Offboarding
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including timely deactivation of client access and laptop return where applicable.
- Staffing Governance
- Preparing weekly agenda.
- Capturing, tracking, and preparing new requests for staffing governance review.
- Pulling 90 outlook for upcoming contracts expiring.
- Facilitating meetings and updating the tracker.
- Distributing final report to engineering leaders.
- Other Administrative functions (supporting CoS)
- Organizational Charts
- Onboarding Documentation
- Monthly DET BAU Financials (iFWS forecast management)
- Insource coordination, tracking and escalations
- Experienced team member with high levels of independence in planning and carrying out work within a framework, guiding team members.
Provide administrative and functional support to Revenue/ Invoicing and AR team.
Lead the team in managing and handling the entire or specific Finance functions across the organization.
- Mentor and guide Associates / Leads.

- Recognize and maintain confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Provide support to business unit leadership in decision-making in functional areas of Finance.
- Enable the organization to solve problems, flow of information and make decisions at the lowest level of responsibility.
- Lead financial planning functions across the organization in support of goals and objectives.
- Performs analysis / reporting.
- Monitor revenue and Invoicing.
- Assist the Accounting department with special projects as needed.
- Identify risks or opportunities for revenue enhancement; propose appropriate actions.
**What you need**:

- Basic skills in thought leadership and domain knowledge in one or more areas of finance specialization
- Strong process-driven individual who can provide specific inputs for change that can influence positively while providing a positive impact to the business/operations
- Multi-tasking skills
- High level of initiative and resourcefulness - results-oriented, self-motivated
- Basic negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments and situations as the need arises
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certification in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Systems experience; preferably PeopleSoft
- Good understanding of accounting
- Experience with spreadsheet and database software
- Familiarity with state sales tax regulations
- Medium to high proficiency in accounting process/systems including (AP/AR/GL/Procurement/Project Accounting)
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
