Responsibilities Provide leadership on a team of integration engineers including coaching and reviews.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and all integration processes and services.Proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear.Provide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools.Engage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable.Ensure compliance of all security measures in integration support.Troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues.Collaborate with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications.Ensure efficiency by automating manual activities.Continually evaluate tools and technologies.Mentor and train other Integration Engineers and other team members as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field.8+ years in customer support and integrations to production systems.4+ years of development/scripting experience (Java, C#, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).2+ years in a senior or leadership role including mentoring, coaching, and training.Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other message formats.Experience with API tools such as SoapUI, Blazemeter, or similar.Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things.Excellent communication skills, both in the written and the verbal form.Experience running queries on databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or CockroachDB.Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux, Windows, GCP).Experience with source code and release management (GitHub, TFS, etc.).Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins, Team City, etc.).Experience with container technology such as Docker.
