Follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure implementation and closure of Audit findings. Assess the level of compliance to the quality management system thru the execution of internal audits. Drive best practices throughout Harman Juarez facility and promote compliance to international quality standards. Validate the implementation of applicable Customer-Specific Requirements.- The key responsibility of this position is to execute Internal Audit and Document Control related activities, in addition to assessing compliance to the latest customer and regulatory requirements.- The job holder is expected to provide training to employees to enable continual improvement and understanding of internal and external processes, requirements and standards.- **Your Team**- This role reports to the Site Lead Internal Auditor.- **What You Will Do**- Plan, lead and execute internal system audits to assess compliance to standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA, customer-specific requirements and Harman internal requirements on all business levels at the Juarez Harman Automotive locations
