Candidates must be prepared to drive 24/7 support for internal and external customer integrations to high-volume, mission critical, payment processing cloud services.Responsibilities:Provide leadership on a team of integration engineers including coaching and reviewsDevelop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and all integration processes and servicesProactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clearProvide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and toolsEngage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportableEnsure compliance of all security measures in integration supportTroubleshoot integration and certification environment issuesCollaborate with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certificationsEnsure efficiency by automating manual activitiesContinually evaluate tools and technologiesMentor and train other Integration Engineers and other team members as neededQualifications:Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field8+ years in customer support and integrations to production systems4+ years of development/scripting experience (Java, C#, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc
