We are looking for a highly proficient **Lead Java Developer** to be part of our team.
The role will focus on the development of software systems critical for the operations of Data Centers, including managing supply chain schedules and maintaining vendor relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate on software solutions from inception through the system implementation life cycles
- Author resilient and clear Java code for different system modules
- Conceptualize, design, and execute architectural solutions for project initiatives
- Work alongside other engineering groups and partake in select DevOps tasks
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and assure their needs are fulfilled
- Enhance and manage SQL databases and optimization of queries for better performance
- Improve and refine software development processes within the team
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 6 years in software development encompassing full system implementation life cycles
- More than 5 years of proficiency in Java
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Background in utilizing Google Cloud Platform services
- Proficiency in SQL database management and optimization of queries
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, with a history in client-facing roles
- Strong self-management and exceptional prioritization skills

- Familiarity with Google Guice and Guava
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Knowledge of Terraform
- Understanding of Protobuf
- Experience with Unreal Engine
