Lead Manager

We are looking for a **Lead Manager** to work on site.**Job Objective**:To over see all leads submitted by the frontersmaking sure the leads are submitted correctly in order to qualifyas a valid lead before moving forward.Lead Managers not only validate the lead a fronter generates and send at the moment feedback to the fronter, they also have direct insight on how the agent acts/sounds during the call, if they have a pattern (positive or negative) and how they can improve it.**Qualifications & Skills**:- Previous experience needed as supervisor & QA- Excellent Communication- Organizational skills- Company & product knowledge- Critical Thinking- Time management- Proactive Thinking- Interpersonal skills**Salary**: $4,200.00 per week
