Job ResponsibilitiesLead the product development team through product and process selection, development, and improvement.Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute successful launches of new products and programs.Interface with quality engineering to develop and understand key product characteristics.Guide the design and development of robust tools, equipment, and processes.Support manufacturing system design workshops and document savings or improvements from the workshop.Develop risk analysis and control strategies in PFMEAs.Qualify, validate, and stabilize manufacturing processes.Lead initiatives for product/process improvements.Manage equipment and tooling spending timelines through capital forecasts.Execute the engineering change process for product and process improvements.Support North American plants in their cost savings projects.Business travel mandatory to support North American sites.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering.3+ years of engineering experience.Knowledge of problem-solving and lean manufacturing principles.Work experience in the automotive industry or industrial/manufacturing engineering.Experience in manufacturing processes and equipment.Company OverviewInteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety, and performance.
