Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer's requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE's business needs. Creates and reviews strategies with functional owners and drives program completion.Leading and managing: Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due to customer (internal-external) complaints.Define, design, develop, and implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing, and test fixtures.Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system.Interact with Engineering and Operations to ensure an appropriate transfer of new products, PPAP.Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving/outgoing quality functions.Participates in Design Reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements.Is responsible for hosting and coordinating customer audits, surveys, and other such activities.Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approval requirements and submission.Perform weekly, monthly trend analysis and coordinate corrective actions with involved areas.Defines SPC to manufacturing processes and monitors weekly and monthly performance, implements countermeasures.Develop, implement, and monitor PPAP System.Interact constantly with Customer and Suppliers to develop 8D reports and ground corrective actions in process.Interact constantly with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC, and LEAN tools.Minimum Requirements3+ years in quality system maintenance.Experience in Electronics Industry preferable.Experience in Automotive Industry and/or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), preferable.Six Sigma Certification preferable.3+ years' experience in manufacturing is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
