The LMQ is responsible to interact with Quality Manager for customer relationships and transactional opportunities related to the resolution of concerns, to resolve matters related to Quality/Reliability of product, internal processes and procedures that impact customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer's requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE's business needs.
Creates and reviews strategies with functional owners and drives program completion.Leading and managing: Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due customer (internal-external) complaints.Define, design, develop and Implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing and test fixturesEstablish, implement and maintain the quality management system.Interact with Engineering and Operations to ensure an appropriate transfer of new products, PPAP.Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.Participates in Design Reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements.Is responsible for hosting and coordinating customer audits, surveys, and other such activities.Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approval requirements and submission.Perform weekly, monthly trend analysis and coordinate corrective actions with involved areas.Defines SPC to manufacturing processes and monitor weekly and monthly performance, implement countermeasure.Develop, implement and monitor PPAP SystemInteract constantly with Customer and Suppliers to develop 8D reports and ground corrective actions in processInteract constantly with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC and LEAN tools.WORKING CONDITIONSWorks in a standard office environment and production floor, uses general office equipment.Some travel will be required (domestic and international)SKILLS:Ability to manage cross-functional project teams to reach problem resolution for customers and AE
