.**SUMMARY**:The MarTech Product Manager will be crucial in our AutoZone team, working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architecture, and engineering teams. In this collaborative Agile environment, the Product Manager will provide vision, direction, and leadership for customer-focused products. The goal is to build transformative customer experiences by leveraging data and technology, including predictive intelligence, automation, and enterprise integrations, while aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Become an expert in AutoZone's customer data & MarTech assets and infrastructure, gaining a deep understanding of our customers, their experiences, and challenges to deliver elegant enhancement solutions.- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and manage marketing processes related to data privacy regulations.- Effectively manage competing requests from multiple groups while maintaining strong attention to detail.- Engage with internal and external customers to define requirements, validate assumptions, and understand requests for new functionality.- Build and maintain a multi-year product roadmap. Translate the same into specific releases driven by business value.- Create, rank, and maintain the product backlog, always considering the roadmap, business opportunities, and dependencies.- Manage the delivery of business value by participating in Scrum events, leading Backlog Refinement sessions, and actively engaging with the development team daily.- Collaborate with the Project/Program Manager on project financials, resourcing, and milestones to ensure company-wide visibility.- Work with the Senior Product Manager to provide input on the Program Vision and Roadmap.- Collaborate with stakeholders, the team, and leadership to define and plan releases.- Understand and support prioritized Program and Product work by collaborating with multiple business areas and stakeholders to break down Features into User Stories.- Review and accept 'Done' user stories throughout Sprints to provide timely feedback and updates.- Work with other Product Owners and IT Managers to determine impacts and interdependencies across the business.- Interact with stakeholders to highlight the most critical aspects of a solution, obtain feedback, and gather learnings about delivered functionality.**REQUIREMENTS**:- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or IT; Master's degree in Database Management, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or Customer Analytics preferred.- 6+ years of experience in Agile product ownership required (Scrum preferred); customer data management and retail experience preferred.- Experience collaborating on the development of APIs, data infrastructure, data-heavy projects, and working with technical partner service providers preferred.- Proficiency in MS Office tools suite (e.G., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Business Objects required
