Responsible for receiving demand from customers and develop a schedule plan with the demand level loaded. Making sure that the execution, operation & shipments are performed always with safety, quality and on time.
- Create the production, scheduling and inventory plan.
- Weekly traceability and monitoring of firm orders. Always looking to deliver on time.
- Weekly meetings with different customers in order to listen their needs and maintain a health customer satisfaction.
- Monitor & Execute MRP Changes.
- Lead the different teams & guide them to achieve the PSI plan.
- Lead lean and/or digitalization projects focused on safety, quality or materials (1 per semester).
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Data analysis, programming in excel and access
- Fluent English
- Desirable Green Belt Six Sigma / Power BI / ERP
- Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in Planning / Materials / Fulfillment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with any ERP system
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
