Si es así, ¡descubre la vacante que Deintec tiene para ti e impulsa tu carrera en IT!Posición**:IT Application Development Tower Lead / Lead of Application Services and Delivery Excellence**Experiência mínima: +8 yearsIdiomas: Inglés C1, C2 o nativoEscolaridad: Preferably scientific, technical or business discipline with an advanced degree preferred (ideally an MBA)Ubicación: MéxicoEsquema: Preesencial AzcapotzalcoTipo de contrato: Tiempo indeterminadoHorario: Lunes a Viernes**Purpose of the position**- Strong affinity to leadership and process.- Provide leadership and Process experience to efficiently lead the Application Development Towers the American IT Shared Service Center in Mexico.- Lead and manage a team of qualified Specialists located in Mexico.- Compliance with corporate standards and processes of the Americas Application Portfolio.- Implement and manage a core set of resources responsible for leading technologies- Responsible for Operations, Project Go-Live (hand-over to production) Post Go-Live and permanent lifecycle management.- Assure Quality and performance of external Service Partners providing Application support / development- Technical SLA/OLA Management, effectively manage project timelines and budget.- Security control of the external Service providers providing Application support / development- Closely align and work with Americas BU teams to deliver the overall IS agenda- Define Organization test goals and test strategy, evaluate and align with larger IS strategy- Effective status reporting and interaction with senior management- Managing Cost of Quality (CoQ)- Management of financials of provided services, incl. service budgeting & forecasting, cost center management, license control and optimization.- On-going optimization of all Applications Services delivered from the center in close alignment with the Americas IT Management Team and global functional towers- Represent the IS Delivery Centre as an attractive employer on the local market- On-going screening of efficiency opportunities... e.G. sourcing, critical skill development, new technology adaption- Ensure all new services are adhering to the Linde Standards. Authority to decide whether a service goes into production.**Principal responsibilities**- Service Delivery Responsibilities:- Manage the Americas Application SSC Tower and act as single point of contact- Responsible for coordinating Technical Change management related all Americas Applications in scope- Ensure services are delivered as per SLA and customer expectations- Hold regular meetings with Technical teams, peers about service quality and delivery.- Participate in infrastructure changes/implementation support as required
