We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Lead Prep Engineer**, based in **Torreon, Coahuila.**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As Lead Prep Engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Lead Prep manager.
**Your tasks will be**:
- Obtains, analyzes and provides the technical information required for the engineering changes proposed by the client, manufacturing or engineering.
- Analyzes engineering change proposals and based on these prepares design change notifications to the equipment.
- Leads engineering change control and design reviews.
- Develop capacity studies to ensure the proper functioning of the area. Develop circuit assignments by
- machine and feed UCS.
- Responsible for requesting and releasing tooling and equipment according to established standards.
- Design ergonomic and safe workstations.
- Coordinates the cutting and processing of samples, service parts.
- Production support in problems related to capacity and sequences.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial engineering or any related field
- 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry in the areas of engineering.
- Preferably experience in the areas of engineering in wire harness industry.
- Problem solving skills.
- Leadership.
- English intermediate Level.
