If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Lead Prep Engineer**, based in **Torreon, Coahuila.**_ _(E-Systems Division).As Lead Prep Engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Lead Prep manager.**Your tasks will be**:- Obtains, analyzes and provides the technical information required for the engineering changes proposed by the client, manufacturing or engineering.- Analyzes engineering change proposals and based on these prepares design change notifications to the equipment.- Leads engineering change control and design reviews.- Develop capacity studies to ensure the proper functioning of the area. Develop circuit assignments by- machine and feed UCS.- Responsible for requesting and releasing tooling and equipment according to established standards.- Design ergonomic and safe workstations.- Coordinates the cutting and processing of samples, service parts.- Production support in problems related to capacity and sequences.**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial engineering or any related field- 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry in the areas of engineering.- Preferably experience in the areas of engineering in wire harness industry.- Problem solving skills.- Leadership.- English intermediate Level
