We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Lead Prep Manager **based in Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division).
As **Lead Prep Manager **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to **Operations Manager.

Your Task will be
- Manage and coordinate manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety and cost are maintained at optimal levels.
- Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity.
- Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality maintaining the effective cost of the operation.
To be Successful in this rule you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering or any related field.
- 5 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English level.
