Responsible for finding solutions for the substitution of raw material, including but not limited to cables, terminals, connectors, packaging, PCBA's, drivers, screws and accessories. Relying on the Technology and Quality teams to ensure that they comply with the design specifications, norms and applicable standards. Responsible for leading NPI projects, transfers between plants and cost savings.

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) and 5 or more years of relevant experience as SME or similar position - Mastery in project implementation and management of GANT charts. - Mastery of lighting fixture assembly processes. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and experience with CAD software (Auto Cad, SolidWorks, DraftSight). - Knowledge of lamp components, such as drivers, PCBAs, cables, hardware, metals, plastics. - Knowledge of the SAP system. - Knowledge of BOMs and routes - Mastery of reading drawings and interpretation of specifications.
