**Lead Product Engineer**

As **Lead Product Engineer, **you will be responsible for coordinating the product engineering team, the generation of all the technical documentation of the harness, ensuring that it meets the requirements and specifications of the client in accordance with the established procedures. It guarantees the delivery of reliable information, in accordance with the implementation times defined in the Engineering change meetings.
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- Coordinate the activities of product engineers and drafters.
- Drafting compliance required according to the timing by phase according to the client's specifications.
- Leads the control of engineering changes and design reviews.
- Coordinates, develops, controls, and provides
- Finished product plans, bills of materials, cutting sheets, visual aids for secondary processes, etc.
- Coordinates the Load the technical information in the manufacturing systems MfgPro/ QAD, UCS, LMI, etc.
- Use knowledge and experience to propose design improvements and cost savings during manufacturing.
- Generate, submit, and follow up on cost studies in "CMTS"
- Obtain and release information for the new components required by the engineering changes.
- Coordinate, request and analyze manufacturing specifications.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Education Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic or any related field.
- +2 years of experience in similar position in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry.
- Excel Advanced level.
- English Advanced level.
