Let's kickstart your career in Wabtec's LEAD Operations rotational development program.What to Expect in LEAD (Leadership, Expertise & Accelerated Development):The LEAD Operations Program is a 2-year rotational program that allows you to choose areas of interest and develop your skill sets. LEAD consists of four, 6-month rotations that are intended to provide a broad exposure to the engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions leading to successful off-program placement in a role that will launch your Wabtec career. You can focus on some of our industry's most impactful areas in LEAN, 6sigma, supply chain, logistics, materials, testing, services, sourcing, leadership/supervision, additive and more.But that's not all! Your program experience will include leadership and technical training, contributions to program operations, exposure to senior leadership, and development of a lifelong network of professionals and friends.Locations:Individuals joining the program in Mexico must be willing and available to accept rotations in any of our locations based on business needs.
