We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.**Partner with the best**As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for:- Being responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts- Providing both service agreement, and time and material program management- Assisting in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals- Assuring timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts - Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams- Being a liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.- Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree, college, or a high school diploma- Have at least 4 years of experience in Services for turbomachinery- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Contract Management.- Have worked with private and government clients- Have knowledge of turbomachinery- Be able to travel to the field and client sitesDesired Characteristics- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
