:) What you will do Data Optimization and Database Performance: Lead the design and optimization of databases to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency, with a strong focus on query optimization, indexing strategies, and data architecture best practices; Back-End Data Processing: Build and maintain efficient, scalable back-end systems to handle high data volumes, prioritizing the optimization of revenue-driving features; Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability; OOP and Clean Code: Write clean, modular code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, with proficiency in Java, Python, or a similar language; Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable, effective software solutions; Event-Driven Processes: Design and implement event-driven processes to improve data flow, responsiveness, and scalability across systems.
Must haves Programming Languages: 5+ years of experience with Java, Python, or a similar language , with a strong grasp of OOP principles ; Database Expertise: In-depth experience in SQL , database indexing, query tuning, and data modeling; AWS Experience: Experience working with AWS services , especially those related to data storage, processing, and deployment; Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with designing and implementing event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus; Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance on ambiguous requirements.

Requirements 2+ in software development using Python, with experience in web frameworks like Flask; Databases: Familiarity with SQLAlchemy, PyMySQL, and MongoDB; APIs: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs; Tools: Familiar with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and other deployment tools; Upper-intermediate English level; The working hours will be EST time zone.
