RBTs will use interventions written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
ABA services will be provided in our Compleat KiDZ Pediatric Therapy clinics.Job ResponsibilitiesFollow behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with integrityCoordinate all aspects of RBT onboarding with relevant individualsIdentify RBTs who may need additional training and coordinate with relevant BCBAShow proficiency to use and teach KURE and ReThinkDemonstrate a basic understanding of schedulingCoordinate closing and opening the clinic when neededCommunicate all relevant information from sessions to the BCBARelay any relevant information related to families to BCBA/Parent AdvocateCoordinate daily aspects of the general day-to-day running of the clinic (supplies, ordering, maintenance, generalizing stimuli system, etc.
