You will contribute to the development of an operational plan for your department and team activities. You will shape changes in products and processes for your team to improve and innovate.As a Lead Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for:- Creating Billing and Collection reports, Expense Analysis- Doing CAPEX planning and monitoring- Creating Profits and Loss Statements.- Working as a business partner to support financial reporting and analysis for ALS Operations in México & LATAM Region.- Supporting Operational Manager on the review of Tender, Bids and business proposals and provide financial inputs for the review and the decision making.- Generating Financial Statements: P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reports to analyze and support the Business in ALS Mexico and LATAM Region.- Providing Support to Specific Business Analysis Activities like sub product lines or profitability projects review.**Fuel your passion**:To be successful in this role you will:- Have Bachelor's Studies in Finance, Economics, Accountant, Industrial Engineering or similar.- Have strong experience in administration, accounting, finance, billing, and collections.- Show the ability to work independently in an ethical and compliant manner inside a matrix structure.- Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.- Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and asset utilization and management.- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficient English level.**Work in a way that works for you**:We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.**Working with us**:Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
