Lead Software Developer Hybrid Position

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading software development teams.
- Expertise building APIs using Azure API Gateway, Azure Durable Functions and Workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL and Linux shell scripts.
- Previous experience in building financial and/or payment solutions will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in deploying and utilizing Microsoft Power platform for serverless architecture solutions
- Experience with serverless and container-based architectures.
- Expertise in deploying solutions on Azure and AWS platforms as well as building a CI/CD pipeline for production and test in a serverless environment.
- Experience in managing projects using agile methodologies and familiar with tools like Jira, Github, and Azure DevOps suite.
- Demonstrated capability in creative problem solving and in fostering an environment of innovation.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of cyber and data security and the use of identity and secret
