Lead Software Engineer

Requeriments:- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent- +10 years of experience as a Software Developer- Strong knowledge of software architecture and patterns- Experience developing in Microsoft.Net environment, preferably with C#- Experience with ASP.Net MVC- Experience Querying (optionally Administering) Databases such as Microsoft SQL / MySLQ- Experience working with cloud development and architectures (Azure / AWS)- Knowledge of React or Angular frameworks- Experience developing RESTful APIs- Experience with HTML5 and CSS- Knowledge of Bootstrap framework- Knowledge of User Experience- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies like Scrum- Knowledge of ASP.Net Core optional- Experience working with DevOps is a plus- Experience leading, managing and coordinating with customer accounts- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas- Excellent english communication skills- Habilities; ownership, leadership, client oriented, coaching/mentoring, negotiation, problem solving, flexible and quick learning**Responsibilities**:- Leading, managing and coordinating with customer accounts- Collaborate with product owners to develop requirements- Create high level design and architecture documents to implement the product requirements- Work with the team to translate requirements into agile user stories and plan sprints and releases to ensure required features are developed and delivered- Implement new features and fix outstanding bugs as a member of the development team- Drive code quality by following industry best practices for new software development.- Train customer-facing teams on new features2cdsA2RAM3
