As a lead, you will make a positive impact on how your team and our clients accomplish their work every day.**About the Role**In this opportunity as **Lead Software Engineer**, you will:- Lead multiple projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.- Deliver end-to-end technical solutions and solves complex problems that may be ambiguous in nature.- Determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.- Train and mentor colleagues including Sr. Software Engineers.- Write code that establishes and enhances coding specifications, typically for software programs and systems that have little or no precedent.- Deliver software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.- Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.- Interact with direct team of accountability, peers and/or managers in other teams.
