**Responsibilities**:- Transform complex functional specifications and team knowledge into clear, testable designs in a consistent and approachable manner.- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.- Suggest and help drive best practices and optimizations throughout SDLC.- Collaborate with fellow technicians to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.- Manage complex information and multiple projects with clear design specifications as the 'glue' that keeps all parts of the team working together and in sync.- Run project requirements meetings to gather necessary knowledge.- Use automated testing suites and their implementation as a basis for new QA specs.
**Qualifications that will help you succeed**:- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field.- 4+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.- 4+ years experience in QA or DevOps.- Expert in documentation tools such as Confluence.- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC), JIRA, Agile.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.- Healthy analytical and critical thinking skills.
