Lead Sourcing Specialist 1 - Commodity Management

Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within
- Leads sourcing projects.

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience at least of 3 years in sourcing areas
- Experience at least of 3 years in projects for sourcing
- English advanced
- Ingustrial Engineering, or similar
