.**Job Description Summary**: The USCAN Regional Sourcing Leader (Total HR & Labour Svc) role is pivotal in driving savings and efficiencies through management of supplier base.The role collaborates with GEHC US & Regional Category Leaders, Global Sourcing Leaders, Business Leaders and their teams, supporting the management of some of the following sub-commodities in Labour & HR Services:- Contingent Labour, Engineering Services & HR Services, Compensation/BenefitsThe role reports directly to the Global Sub-Category Leader and will be based in North America (US, Canada, Mexico).Our team members have the ability to work from home and/or from the local GE Healthcare office to be closer to their stakeholders.GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.**Essential Responsibilities**:- Partnering with key business stakeholders to support the needs of the business.- Owns running the competitive bidding buying channels for their scope- Owns execution of statements of work for their scope and designated threshold- Develops solutions and delivers on priorities for the designated scope. Maintains metrics for sourcing scope and identifies new areas of opportunity to deliver or exceed targets.- Supports the implementation of Indirect Sourcing strategy within the RSL's agreed scope and in line with global initiatives.- Owns achieving Indirect savings targets, leading, and running project execution across their scope- Responsible for risk management in supplier base ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met.- Liaise with stakeholders and Sourcing colleagues across the organization to understand /share best practices and leverage expertise.- Identify and own local and cross SBU supply base. Leverage category contracts into assigned SBU to maximize opportunities.- Drive business metrics affected by indirect Sourcing, identify new areas of cost out and implement operating efficiency.- Provide feedback and support to other Sourcing Leaders.- Interface with SBUs and other GE Businesses on cross business projects- Provide appropriate contract coverage for goods and services in the region. Be proficient in executing the GEHC legal templates and negotiating terms and conditions, service levels and pricing with suppliers
