Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker and SAP.We're looking for a **Lead Sr. Performance Engineer **to work for a financial institution.**Skills**:- 5-7 years of experience- Experienced in the field of Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, Architecture, Bottleneck Analysis, Tuning, Capacity Management and Assurance including performance test methodology and tools- Experience with Java code development and tuning- Experience with APM Tools like AppDynamics, Splunk or dynaTrace purePath and Ajax Edition or Wily Introscope- Experience with profiling tools like Jprofiler, YourKit, etc- Experience using CA ITKO LISA is a good to have- Experience resolving production severity-1 performance issues by performing RCA (root cause analysis) and proactive performance issue identification- Experience on performance engineering skills such as Heap & Thread analysis, bottleneck identification and GC Analysis- Understanding of architectural concepts around Cloud Computing and base software Development.- Can successfully lead the Performance Testing and Tuning Process end-to-end including tools setup- Experienced in defining and implementing Performance Testing/Engineering Standards, Templates, Tuning Standards and Best Practices at various client sites- Provide regular status reporting consistent with established program governance requirements- Good communication skills, establishes strong working relationships with all the stakeholders in a project- All skillsets of a Test Engineer- Subject-Matter-Expertise level of knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundy), related technology components (Solace, GemFire, API Gateway, etc)We look for engineers that demonstrate passion for what they do and develop.
