Lead Supervisor

Responsibilities:Supervisor Leader assures a general NulRel strategy with all value streams with result orientation and continuous improvement.Conducts meetings with value streams as well as with production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met.Maintains the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule to improve NulRel.Supports and strives towards safety in all facets of the manufacturing facility.Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production leveling schedule by line per shift, taking care of product quality requirements as per control plan.Minimum Requirements:3 - 5 Years of Experience in Manufacturing OperationsMovement and Time basic knowledgeErgonomicsProblem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...)Customer RequirementsModeration and communication/negotiation skillsAbility to handle peopleAbility to use inductive and deductive reasoningLeadershipConflict ManagementEnglish AdvancedManufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Electronic Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
