Descripción del empleo Supervisor Leader assures a general NulRel strategy with all value stream with result orientation and continuous improvement. Conducts meetings with value stream as well as with production supervisors to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met. Maintains the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule to improve NulRel. Supports and strives towards safety in all facets of the manufacturing facility. Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production leveling schedule by line per shift, taking care about product quality requirements as per control plan. Requisitos 3 - 5 Years of Experience on Manufacturing Operations Movement and Time basic knowledge Ergonomics. Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...) Customer Requirements. Moderation and communication/negotiation skills. Ability to handle people. Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning. Leadership Conflict Management English Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Electronic Engineering.
