HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.YOUR TASKSAnalyze customer requirements.Define, create and coordinate technical specification based on stakeholders needs.Coordinate cross-function requirements and measures.Coordinating and monitoring realization of the system specifications.Clarifying and defining complex system requirements demanded on the system by the customers, standards such as norms, statutes, safety requirements and by Hella.Carry out tasks within the framework of the configuration management.Defining system architectures.System design that adheres to Automotive SPICE process.Defining and planning risk management in the project for the overall product in terms of construction, hardware and software or of a system and its components.Making decisions regarding technical and technological solutions for our products.Technical interface to the customers.Provide mentorship and direction for the team of engineering professionals.Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team.Recording KPIs (metrics) for the respective working results and for the process quality.Conduct assessment and manage requirements for Functional Safety.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering.Professional experience in system design.Either system engineering experience or software/hardware/mechatronics background.Experience in requirements analysis and management tools.Configuration and change management.Strategically focused, impact-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.Proactive & self-driven individual, results-oriented with a growth attitude and strong dedication.Good communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and global teams.Customer interface experience.Advanced English language skills.Preferred QualificationsEngineering requirement management tools such as DOORS.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
