.We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead System Test Engineer with a strong background in testing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) software. As the Lead System Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a global test team, coordinating with internal stakeholders, program teams, and customers to ensure successful testing and delivery of our ADAS solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage a global test team, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, program teams, and customers to understand testing requirements and objectives.- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ADAS software components and systems.- Conduct system-level testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of ADAS features.- Utilize Python for test automation and scripting to enhance testing efficiency and scalability.- Utilize NI-TestStand, LabVIEW, and vTestStudio for test execution, reporting, and test management.- Perform manual and automated testing of ADAS software using various tools and frameworks.- Demonstrate expertise in CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, and XCP protocols for testing and validation purposes.- Conduct thorough requirements review to ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Execute Sys.5 and Sys.4 testing activities to evaluate system-level functionality and performance.- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with global teams to ensure efficient testing and timely delivery.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ADAS testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in ADAS testing.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.- 5+ years of experience in system testing of ADAS software.- Proven experience in leading global test teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, program teams, and customers.- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python for test automation.- Proficiency in NI-TestStand and LabVIEW for test execution and reporting.- Familiarity with vTestStudio for test management and documentation.- Experience in utilizing Vector CANoe and CAPL for CAN bus simulation and testing.- Expertise in testing and validating ADAS software using CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, and XCP protocols.- Understanding of ASPICE standards and experience in ASPICE audits for Sys.5 and Sys.4 process areas.- Experience in requirements review and executing Sys.5 and Sys.4 testing.- Solid understanding of ADAS technologies, such as object detection, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, etc.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and collaborate with global teams
