The MongoDB Documentation team is a group of writers and engineers who develop and maintain the documentation for the MongoDB product family. Our goal is to help our readers successfully use MongoDB products by providing outstanding documentation. We are hiring a Lead Technical Writer to guide the creation of world-class documentation for MongoDB's products.
The Docs team is responsible for documenting all aspects of the developer data platform including the database, query language, Atlas, Vector Search, Full-Text Search, Stream Processing, client libraries, administrative tools, connectors, and more.
Candidate Profile:Candidates must have extensive technical writing experience and 2+ years of experience managing a team of technical writers, developer advocates, or other technical communications-focused roles. Beyond that, we are looking for someone who:
