Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.Major ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will lead the standardization of manufacturing processes and products as part of a capacity optimization and business continuity/risk mitigation initiative. The candidate will lead the transfer and launch of new products in an expansion manufacturing facility located in San Juan del Rio, MX. The candidate will collaborate with leadership to support these activities within the SJdR facility and other locations in the business. The position will require coordination between the development and manufacturing teams across multiple locations. The candidate will assist in developing production processes as needed to support product launches. This position will lead with the help of transfer engineers reporting to this role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Others may be assigned):Process DevelopmentQualifies new processes and leads needed changes and improvements during the qualification phase of the part launch.Develops process documentation and maintains Process Work Instructions, Quality Control Plans, Quality Alerts.Conducts companywide training on applicable topics with the manufacturing team.QualityMonitors the effectiveness of processes from statistical data using Lean Quality Tools.Develops Quality programs, sampling plans for part visual and dimensional requirements. Data collection through spreadsheets, and electronic data storage.Understands Geometric Dimensioning and tolerance, MSA, and validates test equipment through statistical techniques (i.E. Gage R&R, Gage Linearity, etc)Integrates product transfers into the Morgan Production System value stream framework.Performs all duties and responsibilities with a safety mindset and in accordance with all safety rules and regulations.Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
