We are looking for an experienced **Lead User Experience Designer** to become part of our Nexus team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with UX Research, Design, PM, and Engineering teams to shape and implement products that improve user experience
- Take charge of and deliver on design tasks aligned with clear goals
- Design user journey flows, develop mockups, and construct prototypes for testing and deployment
- Convey design solutions effectively through comprehensive documentation, presentations, and prototypes
- Simplify intricate concepts into clear design solutions when presenting to stakeholders
- Cultivate a cooperative atmosphere and achieve consensus among team members and stakeholders
- Integrate user feedback continuously to enhance design strategies
- Remain informed about the latest trends, technologies, and practices in design
- Promote user-centered design principles throughout the duration of the project
- Guide junior designers and help expand the team's expertise and knowledge base
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 5 years in UX Design, Design Strategy, and Systems Thinking
- At least 1 year in a relevant leadership role
- Knowledge of the Software Development Process and Developer Tools
- Skilled in design software like Figma and Google Workspace
- Excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Deep understanding of the design lifecycle from inception to completion
- Awareness of how design influences product value, user needs, business objectives, and brand identity
- Ability to manage extensive data sets and convert them into user-centric interfaces
- Strong communication skills, adept at storytelling and mapping user journeys
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
