Job Description**
Who are we looking for?
**
We're looking for a user-centered designer who can lead by example and contribute towards standardizing processes and bring continuous improvement to the design process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead customer advocacy and users' needs.
- Actively identify problems and take the lead in creating solutions.
- Collaborate across BlueOptima to prioritize features based on user discoveries.
- Review implementation and stylistic bugs.
- Perform UX research to gather data, identify patterns and adapt.
- Provide guidelines to the team in regards to content creation and design frameworks.
- Design and document UI solutions.
- Set up knowledge-sharing processes that promote collaboration and training (i.e.
Facilitate brainstorm meetings, run workshops).
Qualifications**
Technical Experience Needed**:
- UX strategy: alignment, key goals, problem-solving.
- UX creation: sitemaps, personas, content audits, content structures, solutions wireframes.
- Qualitative and quantitative research methods; creating testing guides and questionnaires.
- In-depth understanding of GA structure and the relevance of the reports.
- Figma, XD or similar tools.
- Confident working with Design systems.
