****Responsibilities**:- Stay on top of new website technology and set the standards for how Eviva Media builds websites- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and security- Oversee a small team of remote developers- Collaborate with coordinators to communicate with clients- Set and oversee realistic website timelines- Meet with clients during onboarding and as needed- Assist sales with estimating website projects that have unique development needs- Maintain and regularly optimize website tech stack**Requirements**:- Fluent English (both written and verbal)- At least 5 years of experience in WordPress website development (CSS, PHP, HTML5, etc)- Strong understanding of website technology and best practices- Eye for design and ability to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites- Attention to detail and ability to ensure websites are error-free- Experience with website optimization, security, and performance- Experience managing remote employees/contractors- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with othersFamiliarity with any of the following skills/technologies or something similar:- WordPress- Elementor- GoHighLevel- Strong Understanding of SEO- Clickup (project management software)- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or InDesign- Google Workspace, Sheets & Docs- ZapierPay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your desired monthly salary in USD?
