Visión general:**Responsabilidades**:- Administration of commercial contracts including drafting, reviewing, collecting information, tracking and assuring compliance with internal and external requirements- Handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries related to agreements- Support the local facility teams to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory aspects of the day to day operation- Handle processes, inspections and communications with the different government authorities- Prepare communications on key legal processes, trends and current topics- Participate in the completion of legal assessment procedures, develop action plans and track progress across the business- Support HR on labor and employment matters- Assist in development and execution of legal related audits with process owners- Collaborate with various functions across the operation and site managers in order to develop and complete specific legal related efforts- Assist in the research of legal requirements to maintain an advanced level of knowledge of current laws, regulations and best practices- Manage multiple cases/matters/projects and/or teams of internal and/or external resources- Liaise with consultants on legal related matters that arise in the business and communicate internally as needed- Ad-hoc legal projects and duties, as assignedRequisitios:- Licensed Mexican lawyer, in good standing- Min. 7 years legal experience, either in a corporate or law firm environment- Good understanding and able to fluently communicate in English- Ability to travel throughout Mexico- Interpersonal skills, intelligence, and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and cogent manner- Quick thinking, with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external senior management, solving problems on a real-time basis- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEEO Statement:Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
