Visión general:As per the redefined Organizational Chart for Monterrey, This is a new strategic position. This position is responsible to manage all aspects of Lean Manufacturing implementation, Daily Management, Six sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments. The expectation is to generate savings around $500KUSD by year.**Responsabilidades**:- Determine and update the VSM for the complete operation.- Lead culture change toward Lean Focus- Perform Kaizen and Lean Events in a regular basis- Implement Daily Management across all departments- Redefine and implement KPI (2nd and 3rd level) for optimizing results of each area- Create, maintain and execute Lean Strategy which supports the long term vision for the company- Collaborate on New Projects implementations to warranty lean approach- Coach, lead, and develop team leads and members to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met.- Responsible for reporting Lean metrics to the organization.Requisitios:- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Engineer) / MBA (Desirable).- Knowledge:- Lean Manufacturing Expert level desirable.- Six Sigma-Black Belt certification highly preferred.- Experience: At least 6 years Leading Lean Manufacturing implementation in high complexity industries.
