It is desirable to have at least 3 years of experience leading a team.You have studies in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.You have basic level English.You contribute successfully to the achievement of objectives and indicators.You have communication skills to benefit the development of activities and teamwork.What are your contributions to the team?Plan short- and medium-term activities for production employees, set clear goals, and give direction to the natural team.Manage resources to complete assignments, production volume, and resolve issues within budget requirements, pre-established procedures, and time limits.Coach your direct team, provide feedback, and execute corrective and preventive actions. You are responsible for the performance, safety, development, and commitment of the team, as well as adherence to the Internal Work Regulations (RIT).Proactively ensure that all production activities are carried out safely, identify potential risks, and generate action plans to prevent them, ensuring that the products are manufactured within the pre-established quality requirements.Coordinate the activities of the natural team, the standard times, the tools, and any other variable to achieve the production schedule within the budgeted hours.Monitor the performance and development of production employees.Ensure that your employees have the necessary training according to existing policies and standards.Ensure adherence to internal work regulations.Be responsible for achieving and improving key performance indicators in the areas under your assignment, making use of the continuous improvement system.Analyze problems in production and processes to generate plans that allow estimating the resources needed (people, tools, and equipment) to manufacture products.Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to production systems, equipment, and any other resources that can maximize your area's production capacity.Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!
