.**Visión general**:The VAVE Sourcing Manager will implement sourcing strategies for the subcategory portfolio they are assigned to manage and will work on delivering cost reductions, avoidances, and most importantly value analysis / value engineering (VA/VE) improvement measures which result in higher efficiencies for each business partner associated within the spend areas assigned. Resulting savings will be recorded and reported to executive leadership. This individual will lead the development and execution of strategies for significant sourcing transactions.**Responsabilidades**:Initiate, develop and implement multi-year VAVE procurement strategies.Providing all required support to division to achieve overall cost productivity to business; with 5% NET Material Cost savings YOY.Representing Strategic Sourcing for VAVE Project events. These VAVE events require Sourcing pre-work to prepare for each event to help ensure effectiveness of the team event. This work includes Supply base analysis including costed-BOM research of current costs, Should-Costs, supplier performance, regional sourcing, etc.Post-Event execution required to manage and deliver Sourcing VAVE cost savings opportunities.Monitor and Report actual savings post VAVE execution.Facilitate supplier initiatives focused on supplier VA/VE, Lean and EDI that support division's key productivity goals.Providing central VAVE best practice tools and metric performance dashboard for effective Sourcing VAVE processes.Work with suppliers and divisional teams to increase value, quality, delivery performance and technology solutions to the business; shared metrics include improvements to inventory turns, CCH product lead-times, YOY Productivity support, and supplier delivery and quality performance.Integrate best practices in support of VAVE Process; such as early supplier involvement within VAVE & DMEDI processes, supplier technology road mapping, and leveraging critical component risk management matrix within development cycle to delivery supplier performance to plan.Lead commodity specific cost management contract negotiations, development, and enforcement.Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for assigned categoriesRoutinely communicates openly and with integrity across key business stakeholders to align direction.Understand the Bath & Kitchen industry and market, through Industry Analysis and Supplier analysis.**Requisitios**:**Education**: Bachelor's required, Master's preferred**Experience**: +8 years' experience in Procurement, VAVE workshops**Knowledge**: Good understanding on end to end supply chain, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, commodity management, negotiation, strategic sourcing, NPD, risk assessment.**Competencies (Abilities)**:Outstanding Purchasing Skills, i.E. inquiry, negotiation, benchmark, leverage, Industry Analysis, sourcing strategy, business recommendation, supplier management, contract, etc
