Leader, Production, Fixtures - Santa Clara, Mex

Visión general:Manage the production personnel, lines and assets appropriately in order to meet the safety, quality, delivery and costs targets set by the company.**Responsabilidades**:- Enforce the safety procedures and policies deployed by the EHS team.- Meet the quality standards required to meet our customer's expectations and work with the quality team to find the root causes and solve any quality compliance issues caused by the production process.- Work with the project and manufacturing optimization team to meet the yields targets that drive the improvements in quality and output in the plant.- Meet the schedule and volume targets defined by the material management and planning team.- Manage the productivity and capex projects related to the production area, in order to meet the budget and required finish dates to comply with the savings targets.- Manage all productive areas of the plant and over one thousand hourly employees.- Set up metrics for the areas leaders and the supervisors.- Work with the engineering team on NPD projects to deliver them on budget and in timeRequisitios:Education- Master degree in manufacturing, supply chain or business administration is desirable.- Lean Manufacturing experience is required and six sigma training is desirable.- College degree in an engineering field such as chemical, industrial, mechanical or similar required.**Experience**- Seven to ten years' experience in production is mandatory (preferable in the ceramics industry).- SPC- Knowledge in ISO 19000, OSHAS- Costumer oriented- Leadership- Interpersonal skills- Team player- Decision maker- Problem solving**Skills and abilities.**- Process engineeringPreventive and corrective maintenanceSafety- Efficiency development- Lean manufacturing- Quality control- Production management
