**Visión general**:This individual will be responsible for managing the implementation of Projects that require extensive cross-functional and cross-site (including international) coordination. His/Her focus will be on Projects for New Product Development, large cost reduction, product improvement initiatives as well as complex Engineering changes for bath and kitchen faucets. He or she will manage project plans, timelines, budgets, team members, and resources while monitoring the process from concept through implementation all the way to pilot assembly.**Responsabilidades**:Defining critical process / product parameters and their targetsManaging, planning, scheduling, communicating, facilitating, and reporting project related tasks.Identify Risks and formulating and executing abatement plansFacilitate x-functional design reviews, DFMEA's or deploy other project tools as neededReport progress to senior management in regular Stage Gate presentationsMonitors cost for both project and product assuring actual cost is on target / within budget.**Reviews and assures SAP accuracy**: MM entry, BOM's and Routings, costLead pilot assembly and coordinate with quality, process, engineering and manufacturing team successful production startup.**Requisitios**:Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineeringIn depth understanding of technical drawings, material specifications or other technical specificationsFamiliar with manufacturing processes such as casting, die casting, plastic injection molding, machining decorative finishes and assemblyStrong leadership skills, results orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills**Additional language skills**: English (speak fluently, read and write)Two or more years of experience in new product or process design/development.Two years of experience in project management, preferably consumer durable goodsMust be able to travel up to 20%.Knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software is preferred
