.Visión general:The CAD/PLM Technology Solutions Engineer is responsible for the implementation and execution of CAD/PLM for global and multi-functional workflows. This person will be part of a global team that defines the process around PLM implementation with SAP S4/Hana to meet business objectives. In addition, drive new methodologies and best practices in regards to 3D design and documentation within CAD, using PTC CREO and Windchill. Develop guidelines and training for daily users of CAD software. Stay up-to-date on the latest software options to continuously improve the R&D and product development process.**Responsabilidades**:Support Decision Making: Help articulate pros/cons, alternative options, and implications. Seek broad functional business perspective and communicate key decisions to project & business leadershipSupport Change Management: Partner with Change Management & Training team to identify significant changes to the organization and assess overall impacts, participate in the development of communication plans, lead communication sessions and identify ways to drive process improvements or user adoption based on knowledge of the organizationDrive Business Engagement and Adoption: Work with consulting partners and the vendor to ensure the training material and approach is effective and provides relevant process and tool guidanceSAP Requirements:- Lead global processes starting point in Design & R&D and enablement for process transformation across the value chain- Harmonize processes between Fittings and Fixtures across the entire value chain- Support Lift project-SAP S/4 implementation across Fixture business- Ensure correct engineering processes are executed in SAP (BOM, ECN, ERC, etc) in all Lixil Fixtures- Standardize engineering systems across Fixtures LI- Ensure Master Material views in SAP are updated and correct- Must lead R&D data creation and management in S/4- Must link E-BOM, harmonized information within M-BOM globally, align value of master data- Define processes and tool harmonization globally, associativity between managed data and toolset- Harmonize material master process globally, transition to GDMG within LIFT project, validation and version/revision management- Must lead production material master linked with engineering material master, automatize processes and exclude as many manual processes as possiblePLM:- Responsible for leading and implementing strategic R&D software roadmaps which improve business processes and drive productivity- Champion the use of the PLM systems and advantages including knowledge of numbering scheme, naming best practices, re-use opportunities, purchased part number assignment/vendor info, duplication avoidance, BOM approvals, automation, etc.- Creation and administration of PLM technical and supplemental documentation, such as technical specifications, material data sheets, user manuals, testing data, etc. in collaboration with other technical staff
