As L&OD Manager, you will be responsible for leading the initiatives established by the Lear Mexico corporate for the plants of the JIT's division in terms of training and organizational development, as well as managing, communicating, and controlling the department's policies and procedures.
Your task will be: Provide strategic support for the functions of the Personnel Training and Development department for the LEAR plants in Mexico.Ensure the implementation of the Engagement Strategy at the corporate level.Lead and facilitate the implementation of initiatives related to "Coaching Conversation".Lead, facilitate, and monitor succession plans.Implement and standardize the Lear Leadership Model - Mexican Series.Lead and facilitate the implementation of the Talent Management Review initiative.Ensure compliance and enforcement of ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001 standards, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements.To be successful in this role you will need: Professional career completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or related Human Resources; preferably a Master's degree in Organizational Development.Conversational business English.3-5 years of experience as an OD Manager at a multi-plant level.Knowledge of ISO TS and ISO 14001 Quality Systems.Knowledge of legal aspects regarding training.Facilitation of strategic planning, OD interventions, management competencies.Availability to travel constantly within the country.
