**Position: Leadership & Organizational Development Divisional Manager**
**Location: TRIM Central Offices | Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua**
**Mission**: Achieve HR goals and objectives by properly manage training systems, people development infrastructure and retention plans to increase the percentage of Lear leaders that "Get Results the Right Way". Help to Improve the culture within all operating environments (plants, offices) under the banner of 'Together We Win.' Impact the operations by following correctly the Lear's competitive Advantage model in all levels. Drive a culture focused on Leadership and Talent committed to get results the right way.
**Your Tasks will be**
- Together We Win-Employee Experience: Implementation of new EE Model & certify pilot plants.
- Nominate at least 3 plants in E-Systems in TWW category of Champions of Lear.
- Implementation of new Leadership programs such: LRCs, Winning the Lear Way Model, Coaching conversations, Evolution of CALE 2.0, TRP.
- Zero major NC in IATF external Audit.
- Launch new Salary employee onboarding program.
- Implementation of HR initiatives and HR Projects.
- Upgrade training centers in E-SYSTEMS.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- Implementation of new Leadership Review Process.
- Launch Plant Manager Academy.
- Launch the Evolution of LLM to Winning the Lear Way Model.
- Launch Technical School project.
- Fully implemented and standardization of training routes sheets for key salary positions.
- Maintain relationships with the best University agreements to develop internal talent.
- Implementation of continues improvement projects.
- Support to the HRBP's special programs such: Labor Relations Academy, Team leaders' development, general HR programs.

**Skills Sets**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing environment.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Multisite Experience.
- ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001.
- Strategic Planning.
- Succession Planning.
- Leadership, negotiation, problem solving, innovative, organized.
- Willing to travel.
- English advanced.
